Previous Experience/Qualifications

• Completed a degree in Applied Animal Studies in 2012 at Northampton University
• Has been working in practice since 2012, starting as a patient care assistant in Hertfordshire before beginning training to become a veterinary nurse in 2013
• Qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2017
• Joined Carmel Vets in October 2022

Clinical Interests

• Clinical supervisor to student nurses
• Keen interest in inpatient care and anaesthesia
• Cat Friendly Clinic advocate
• Studying towards a Feline Nursing Certificate via the International Society of Feline Medicine

Hobbies

• The outdoors, hiking and running
• Video games
• Cooking
• Crafts (namely cross-stitch and embroidery)

Pets

I have a cheeky rescue cat named Olive who keeps me on my toes!
