Whether you want to change your hours, work less than a 4-day week or try a different schedule, we want to make sure you can find a way of working that suits you best.

Our opening and consulting hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:30pm, with 1 in 4 Saturday’s from 8:30am to 2:00pm.

Join an Established Practice

Carmel Veterinary Centre is an RCVS Tier 2 accredited, VNTP, two-site small animal practice based in Wolverhampton. Both practices are within walking distance of a local park, which is ideal if you bring your dog to work or just to get some fresh air and stretch your legs at lunchtime.

Wolverhampton is ideally based to access both city life and the countryside. We are equipped with ultrasound, digital X-ray, endoscope, bronchoscope and full in house Idexx lab machines. We are in the process of purchasing a dental X-ray unit.

Our team is committed to providing the best possible service and will always try to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional client and patient care. We have Cat Friendly Silver Accreditation at both sites and Rabbit Welfare Accreditation at our Fallings Park site.

About our Team

We currently have a team of 5 vets across our two sites, working alongside a knowledgeable and experienced team of RVN’s, SVN’s, ACA’s and receptionists.  Our team are friendly and motivated, and we strongly encourage CPD and self-development.

Our RVNs have Certificates in feline nursing, nutrition, behaviour and Fear Free. Three members of our team have trained as Mental Health First Aiders. It is important to us that we provide a positive and supportive working environment, to maintain our strong ethos of teamwork and communication.

We believe that feeling happy, valued, and respected at work is vitally important to help you achieve your potential. We care about our team, patients, and clients in that order because we understand that unless you are at your best, the patient care and client experience won’t be the best. Using Vet led initiatives and building on the friendly and supportive foundation we already have, we have worked hard to develop a strong culture of “civility”.
